Making music together in various guises since 1998, the duo of vwls merge artful post-rock and beat-centric electronica with an experimental pop sensibility.
It has been said that we meld the genres and make the noise of twice as many people.
If Pink Floyd grew up listening to 65 Days of Static, Nirvana and Radiohead they might have ended up sounding something like vwls.
Live performances involve band-oriented instrumentation (guitar, bass, drums, vocals) with two Maschines and other electronic toys that are both sequenced and played live.
